Over 24 Forms with the USCIS (Department of Homeland Security) Offer a Fee Waiver (No Charge on the Form).
How do I know if I qualify for one of these waivers?
There are 3 types of applicants that are often approved.
1) Retired elders that receive social security. These applicants often qualify based on their income.
2) Individuals receiving social services such as food stamps. This is a common way individuals qualify. Although, these applicants are asked more questions on their form.
3) Applicants that have only one person in the family working with a few children. This is especially true for families with only one parent. If both parents are working it becomes difficult to qualify based on income.
