Can I travel outside the US with my DACA Card?

Perhaps, DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) recipients are generally not allowed to travel outside of the United States with their DACA card. While DACA provides certain protections from deportation and the ability to work in the United States, it does not provide a pathway to permanent residence or citizenship.

In limited circumstances, there is a process called Advance Parole that allows DACA recipients to travel outside of the United States and then return, but this process requires approval from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and is only available in specific circumstances, such as for educational, employment, or humanitarian reasons.

We have now with the current administration been able to garner Advanced Parole for our Daca clients, contact us at 855-963-0988
