Income for 2022. If you are a family of 3, for example, you need to make less than $37,290 for 2022. See chart below to see if you qualify.
Financial Hardship. Covid-19 has generated many layoffs, and we will work with you to complete the fee waiver program to reduced your overall costs. Contact us for other types of financial hardship.
Means Tested Benefit. If you receive County, State or Federal financial assistance such as Food Stamps, Financial Aid, Federal Aid, etc.
Retired. This is also based on income - see chart below to see if you qualify.
This discount is based on the USCIS Fee Waiver program. We complete that application along with one of the applications below that correspond to the service you need.
If you qualify, the total fee INCLUDING USCIS FEE is:
$250 for Permanent Resident Card Renewal (Savings of $415)
$350 for Citizenship (Savings of $575)
$300 for Replacement of Naturalization Certificate (Savings of $405)
$400 for Certificate of Citizenship (Savings of $920)
The discount is based on the fee waiver program with USCIS. We complete the additional paperwork (I-912 Form) along with your USCIS application to pass along the savings to you.

We will need a copy of the benefits statement from your County, State or Federal aid to confirm your eligibility. It needs to state your name, the amount you receive and the current time period. Typical benefits include SNAP, disability, and other county aid.
