Renewing Your Green Card (Special Programs)

Got a green card through the Diversity Visa Lottery or another special program? Here's how to renew it:

1. Check Eligibility:

  • Green cards from special programs usually expire after 10 years.

  • Start the renewal process well before the expiration date.

2. Complete Form I-90:

  • Download and fill out Form I-90 (Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card).

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
