​​We will review the details over the phone but first we will need:

• ​​Photo or copy of your permanent resident card, both sides.

• ​​Photo or copy of current ID like your drivers license

• Phone number and Email address.

  
  

  ​​We will need 10-20 minutes to ask you a few questions such as:

  • ​​Address History of the last 5 years

  • ​​Employment History in the last 5 years

  • ​​Children- Names, date of birth, address’s and what country born

  • ​​Marital status and history

  • ​​Travel history of the last 5 years

​​​​Some of you qualify for the financial discount with the fee waiver program. We will need one of the four items: Click this link for Samples

• ​​Copy of your taxes for 2022- The tax summary pages 1 and 2.

• ​​A letter from a government agency on some of the social services you received in 2023.

• ​​If retired then and did not file taxes then a copy of your annual statement on how much you receive. every year.

• ​​Tax Transcripts if you did not file taxes. You can get this from your local IRS office.
