When Will I Receive My Green Card?

If you are an immigrant that has entered the United States using an immigrant visa and would like to receive a green card quickly.. We suggest you pay your immigrant visa fee as soon as possible!

If you paid your immigrant visa fee BEFORE entering the US with your immigrant visa, then you will likely receive your permanent resident card in less than 90 days from the date you entered the US.

If you paid your immigrant visa fee AFTER entering the US with your immigrant visa, then it may take up to 90 days from when you paid the fee to receive your permanent resident card.

If you have not paid the immigrant visa fee then you will not receive a permanent resident card. The immigrant visa fee can be paid online.
